Contrattempo Wall Clock
MoMA Exclusive: Designed to lighten the mood during those daily ''contrattempo'' (Italian for ''setbacks''), this clock features a large red disc that swings perpetually as it creates the illusion that it is suspended. The shapes and bold colors of both the disc and hands are the influence of Memphis Design Group founder Ettore Sottsass, whom the Contrattempo Clock’s designers, Raul Barbieri and Giorgio Marianelli, worked for. The Contrattempo Wall Clock is made from 100% recycled materials (excluding its quartz movement): ABS plastic and aluminum. It measures 2.25h x 17.75"diam. Requires one LR6 1.5V battery (included).
