Description
MoMA Exclusive: Cooking and serving become colorful endeavors with this Sowaca Ceramic Cooking Pan. Made in the Gifu region of Japan, an area where pottery has been produced for over 1,300 years, the Sowaca is a highly versatile pan. Suitable for use on an open flame, in ovens or microwaves, this shallow pan is great for frying, sautéeing and baking, and is ideal for single-serving meals. The compact pan and short-handle design is meant to encourage serving directly from stove or oven to table for a colorful presentation.

Use the Sowaca Pan to prepare small servings, such as hot appetizers, eggs over-easy, baked Moroccan eggs or for sautéeing vegetables to be used for other dishes. Stack up pans in different colors for easy storage. To prevent burn marks on the pan's glaze, do not cook on high heat. The Sowaca Ceramic Cooking Pan measures 1.5h x 7.75"diam. with a 3"l handle. Dishwasher-safe.
